2026 CoC Competition
APPLICATION MATERIALS HAVE BEEN POSTED TO E-SNAPS AS OF 7/21/2026
HUD has posted detailed application instructions on their CoC Competition Homepage
2026 Collaborative Applications are due to HUD on August 26, 2026 by 8:00 PM EST (7:00 PM CST).
2026 Project Applications are due to the CoC for Rank and Review 30 days prior to overall deadline, July 27th, at 4:30 PM. NOTE: We have postponed this deadline to Monday, August 3rd, 2026 due to HUD’s delay in posting application materials to e-snaps.
Local applications must be emailed in PDF format to rankreview-arboscoc@googlegroups.com by 4:30pm Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
AR BoS Rank & Review will utilize these scoring rubrics to evaluate and prioritize applications for submission in the Consolidated Application.
Renewal Project NEW Project CoC Project Performance & Priority Scoring
Applicants must be notified of their acceptance or rejection by August 11th, 2026.
Public Announcement must be made by the CoC by August 11th, 2026.
More information will be released by the Collaborative Applicant and the CoC in coming days regarding materials to submit.

2023 CoC NOFO Awards
Congratulations to the agencies who received funding as announced by HUD on 1/29/2024. The Arkansas Balance of State submitted a priority listing for $419,743.00 in Tier 1 Funding and $31,594 in Tier 2 Funding and was awarded both with an additional $14,280.00 to our 3 direct service projects totaling $465,617.00 in programmatic funds. In addition, the Collaborative Applicant was awarded $218,529.00 to conduct planning activities. The following agencies have received awards:

Families in Transition: Joint Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing for DV-$39,997.00
OCYFS, Inc.: Joint Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing for DV-$197,287.00
United Way of the Ouachitas: SSO-Coordinated Entry-$85,000.00
OCYFS, Inc.: HMIS-$52,221.00
OCYFS, Inc.: Planning Grant-$218,529.00
