Chris Joannides serves as Director of the Hot Springs Community Resource Center, where he leads a collaborative effort to address homelessness and poverty through innovative, community-based solutions. Before entering the nonprofit sector, Chris spent 20 years in the family automobile business before earning a master’s degree in social work. Celebrating more than 24 years of sobriety, he brings both professional expertise and personal experience to his work, believing that lasting change begins by addressing the root causes of instability. Under his leadership, the CRC has grown into a collaborative hub where individuals can access resources, support, and pathways to long-term self-sufficiency. Chris is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen the community and create opportunities for lasting transformation.
